Our firm represents the Public Prosecution Service of Canada as local agents. We prosecute offences under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, the Excise Act, the Fisheries Act, and other federal statutes.
For those charged with criminal offences under the Criminal Code, we represent clients at bail hearings, preliminary hearings, trials, and appeals.
